1. Refer this society letter No. JVV/Elect/039 dated 16 Nov 07 and even No. dated 22 Dec 07.

2. Election notification and schedule for election 2008 issued by above cited letter may please be treated as cancelled.

3. An urgent General Body Meeting will be held at Community Centre Jal Vayu Vihar Greater Noida at 1030 hrs on 06th Jan 2008(Sunday) to nominate the election officer for the Election of Management Committee 2008. All permanent members are requested to attend and to be seated by 1015 hrs.

4. Any other agenda points require to be discussed during the above meeting may be forwarded to Secretary by 02nd Jan 2008.
