Jalvayu Vihar Flat Owners Welfare Association welcomes you and your family for a happy living within the Jalvayu Vihar complex. This complex comprises of flats owned by the retired and serving Air Force and Naval personals. Flat owners have served the nation proudly with dignity and discipline and expect you to live within the complex gracefully in a discipline and cooperative manner. You are requested to keep in mind and adhere to the following points:
1). Please advise your visitors to enter their personal particulars in the register kept at the gate prior to entry into the complex. Non-adherence to this may lead to stopping the entry.
2). The guards at the gate entrance are here to look after the security of the complex and have been advised to be courteous with the visitors and residents.
3). The guards are not to be confronted since they abide by the rules made by the association. In case of any difficulty met at the gate the same be conveyed/reported to the association office/member, without getting into an argument/scuffle with the guards.
4). For easy identification and convenience at the gate, please affix JVVFOWA vehicle stickers on your vehicles. The stickers are available in the association office. Vehicles without stickers are requested to enter the particulars in the gate.
5). Blowing of unnecessary horn is a noise pollution and creates lot of disturbance to the residents. The horn is not to be used unless required for within the complex. NO horn to be blown after 2230hrs (10:30PM) and before 0600hrs(6:00AM).
6). You are expected to abide by the rule of road i.e. keep to your left and drive at a lower speed (Maximum 15Kmph) within the complex. Be careful of pedestrian and children on roads. .
7). Learning of driving within the complex is forbidden.
8). No individual is to drive vehicle without proper license in the complex. Children below 18 years of age are also not to drive within the complex. Parents are to advise their children not to be rash in riding cycles and also not to ride on the wrong side of the road.
9). Individuals are to park their vehicle in their allotted parking space. In case the vehicle is to be parked in any other parking space, the association permission is to be obtained and additional parking charges as decided, be paid to the association
10). No heavy vehicle/personal vehicle is to be parked outside the garages or on road or common places, causing hindrance.
11). Gen sets are not to be used for power supply during power failures. However, inverters can be used.
12). Playing of music system at a higher volume creates disturbance to neighbours. Hence the music may be played at low volume, so as to enjoy.. .
13). Fire fighting system is provided to combat the unexpected break of fire. The water hoses provided for extinguishing fire near the garages are not to be used for washing vehicles/any other purpose. The purpose of fire system will be defeated if the water of overhead tank is not preserved. Individual misusing would be penalized.
14). Surplus furniture/boxes etc. may be dumped in your particular garage only and not at any other common place.
15). Get your pets registered with association and ensure that they are vaccinated/inoculated. The pets are to be taken out of the complex for their daily routine.
16). Flats are to be used for residential purpose only. Any commercial/political activity within complex/flat is forbidden.
17). Society charges are to be paid positively by 10th of each month
18). Keep your self abreast of association circulars/notices issued from time to time, which are displayed on notice boards kept at different places.
19). Lawns, parking spaces and fences are not to be used for drying of clothes.
20). Please use dustbin for any garage sinces dustbins are cleared every day by the sweepers employed by the association. Help in maintaining the area cleans.
21). Help maintain central park specially. Plucking of flowers is prohibited. Parks and lawns are not to be used for playing /cycling.
22). Badminton, Lawn Tennis, & Volleyball courts have been provided within the complex for playing
23). Items required to be taken out of the gate by any other individual other than self must have a slip signed by the tenant/flat owner, production of which is mandatory at the gate. Individuals vehicles are liable to be checked while leaving the gate with the luggageh
24). Use appropriate dress whenever out of the houses.
25). Inform society office well in advance about vacating the accommodation. On vacation of the flat, obtain clearance from the association for producing at the gate prior to taking out luggage, falling which carrying of luggage may be stopped.
26). Before vacation of flat obtain NOC from the owner and clearance certificate from the society. Ensure your luggage leaves campus between 6 AM to 8 PM (01 Apr to 30 Sep) & between 7AM to 7PM (01 Oct to 31 Mar ). Security guard will allow you to take luggage out only after producing clearance certificate from the society office.
You are requested to follow the above-mentioned guidelines strictly. Creation of unharmonious/unsocial/uncongenial atmosphere with in the complex may lead to disciplinary action against the individual and subsequent vacation of the flat.
