Repair of roads- tenders have been asked for

All cemented roads of JalVayu Vihar Complex are to be repaired. Major cracks have developed in the roads. So, Management Committee has decided to repair the roads and tenders/quotations have been asked for. |
| White Washing of Common area of the Society |
Common area walls have become very dirty hence the common areas of the societies are going to be whitewashed as per the Management decision and tender/qutotioins have been asked for.

| Roof Top Cleaning of all blocks before monsoon |
Roof Top Drainage has been clogged with lot of garbage due to which water gets collected on the Roof Top and due to which there is a possibility of seepage. Hence Management has decided to get the Roof Tops cleaned in all the blocks before Monsoon.
